They are larger than 400 square feet and built to the same standards as traditional construction. We work with multiple manufacturers, offering ADU options ranging from affordable to top-of-the-line luxury.
An ADU is a great option as a primary residence or additional space outside of your primary home. Customers use them as homes, workspaces, guest accommodations, and tenant rentals.
The onsite costs are typically at least 50% LESS than standard construction and can usually be completed in less than HALF the time!!!
We help you plan, design, build, and even finance your ADU through our trusted lending partners as needed.

We have 40+ years of experience in real estate development, purchase, sale, subdivision, general plan amendments, zone changes, and more. Most residentially-zoned lots in California qualify for an ADU. They can be placed on a footing-supported perimeter, an inground permanent foundation of reinforced concrete, or an above-ground permanent foundation, depending on your jurisdiction.
While requirements to build or place ADUs vary from city to city throughout California, we can help you through the permitting process. We will be involved as much or as little as you would prefer.
