Our Tiny Homes are called Park Models and are built to the same construction requirements and look like Manufactured Homes. They are just less than 400 square feet on the main floor. Costs average between $175.00 to $250.00 per square foot plus sales tax, delivery, setup, foundation(if applicable), utility hook up, and site preparation.
Yes! With as little as 10% down and a credit score above 640, you may qualify for financing your new unit for up to 30 years. You also may be able to finance the Sales Tax, Delivery, Setup, and site preparation.
