The "Tiny Homes" we sell are called Park Models. The main floor of a Park Model is just under 400 sqft. Park Models are built in the same factories and manner as traditional Manufactured Homes. These units are heavily insulated and feature the same amenities as traditional Manufactured Homes. Each Park Model is built to the buyer's specifications with many custom variations and amenities available including window & door placement, lofts, and decks using top-quality, low-maintenance materials - not to mention loads of interior options with which to build out your dream home.
A Park Model is the perfect solution to accommodate family and friends. In California, most properties zoned R1 may have an ADU. Our homes can be placed on your property in most rural, suburban, or urban settings, depending on zoning. After delivery and installation, you will have a beautiful new addition to share with family and friends or for tenants, in short order.

Yes! With as little as 10% down and a credit score above 640, you may qualify for financing your new unit for up to 30 years. You also may be able to finance the sales tax, delivery, setup, and site preparation.
