We acquired the business from its previous owners, who had built a reputation for organic growth and quality service since 2013.
We are committed to continuing this legacy with a renewed focus on expanding our operations and making home ownership accessible to all. Our ambitious goals are to sell 500 modular homes in 2026 and over 1,000 units in 2027!
We are open to partnering with housing assistance organizations and affordable housing nonprofits, for whom we can offer the best pricing and most reasonably priced transportation options for our modular home sales.
